Yerevan Summer Camp

There are 8600 children with disabilities in Armenia. Their social rights are being violated and they are very often discriminated against. The majority of them are deprived of having rest. Since its inception, Pyunic has organized more than 45 camps and relatively independent children were involved in them. For those who depend on their parents and need care all the time, Pyunic organizes daily summer camp and takes children to the parks of Yerevan. The aim of the daily camp is physical, social, psychological rehabilitation of children and their integration into the society. About 100 children with disabilities spend the whole day enjoying outdoor games, merry-go rounds and sandwiches.
